Getting started with WriterGate Reports.

Reports are available on two levels:

  1. Enterprise: WriterGate Enterprise offers support for six different kinds of reports.
  2. Workspaces: WriterGate allows users on a workspace to compile one report.

There are 6 different reports available on WriterGate for Business plan users. To access them, navigate to the Reports under Administration.

Here is a detailed look at all the reports that are part WriterGate Reports.

User Activity Report

The user activity report provides data about the team members’ activity. This data can include how many pieces of content they reviewed or wrote. This information can help understand how active the team is and what areas they may need more assistance in.

User Access Report

The user access report provides information on what access permissions each user has, like guest, writer, reviewer, manager, and workspace. This report is useful for keeping track of who has what access and ensuring that everyone has the appropriate permissions.

User Information Report

User information report provides data about your members’ personal information, such as contact information, designation, and billing information. This report can be used to help manage your member information and keep track of your members’ personal information.

Workspace User Report

The workspace user report shows the user role assignment by workspace. It provides information on how many writers, reviewers and managers are there in the workspace. This report can be helpful in understanding the distribution of roles within the workspace and determining if there is a balance of users with each type of role.

Agreements Report

The agreement report provides information on how many agreements have been assigned to team members, as well as the status of how many have been signed and partially signed. This report can help you keep track of which agreements need follow-up and ensure that all agreements are being properly completed.

Workspace Content Report

The workspace content report provides the status of content by workspace. This report keeps track of how many plans, writes, reviews, schedules and publishes have been done in the workspace. This can be helpful in order to see how much content has been created in a workspace and what the content creation process looks like.

  1. Please note that all 6 WriterGate Reports are available only for users on WriterGate Business.
